Neon is a character that first made his debut in Gacha Club as a playable shadow battle unit and boss. He has also appeared in the WonderEnd manga as a supporting character, and will soon make a cameo in the game itself too. Neon is a butler from Usakage, presumably working for Usalina's family. He is the brother of Merupo and the best friend of Usalina.

Trivia
- Neon has his active skills changed the most out of all the units, initially he was a single striker defense booster, he was later changed to an ultimate debuffer, and in the iOS version and the Android update adding 1.9K presets, he is now an AOE defense booster.
- Alongside Merupo, Neon sacrificed his life to save Usalina from Vinyl's invasion.
